We've found a great and easy-to-use image editing program that I want to share with you today. It's called Picnik.

While it does not possess the versatility of Adobe Photoshop (or even come close to its capabilities), it allows you to make modifications to your images that you can then integrate into your website either as a banner or as an image within the content.

There are no downloads required. Modifications can be made online, right through their interface. You can retrieve your images from Flickr, Facebook, Photobucket, Picasa or your computer.

The service is free. However there is a "Premium" version that offers more options and functionality, which we have not explored, and the costs advertised on the site show $25/year.
